Doctoral School of Law

The Doctoral School of Law was established at Ovidius University of Constanța in September 2025, within a stimulating academic environment based on original research, interdisciplinarity, and international collaboration, with the aim of producing high-quality doctoral theses with significant impact. The relevant fields at present include civil law, civil procedure, administrative law, European law, forensic science, and international trade law.

The Doctoral School of Law seeks to become, through its doctoral supervisors and its team of doctoral candidates, a center of excellence recognized at both national and international levels, training elite researchers and specialists capable of contributing to the advancement of legal science and to the resolution of complex societal issues.
